·OFFICAL ENTRY RULES:
         All applicants will be assigned a performance time based on cancellation mail date of application or email date.
·Performers MUST have their own CD or cassette tape of their music to use.
·Performers are to check in by 11:00AM. NO LATER. Sound checks are available then.
·No routine is over 3:00 minutes in length, please be sensitive to this!
·All performers are to follow schedule exactly (no switching of times or order).
·Awards: medals will be given in all categories (Gold, Silver and Bronze)
·Special award for highest overall score and Champion Encore performance.
CLASSIFICATIONS FOR MEDALS:
        Bronze scores a 75.00 -80.50, Silver scores an 80.60-90.00, a Gold score is an 9010-95.00 a 95.10 and higher scores Gold with Laurels.
·Entry fees are non refundable. Maximum entries per category is 10. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO
       THE EVENT> WE WILL NOT ACCEPT MONEY THE DAY OF THE EVENT. UNLESS DIRECTOR IS MAKING 
       ARRANGEMENTS.
  • ·2 judges will evaluate and their scores will be averaged for final score (all scores are final)
  •         All judges tapes will be supplied free of charge!
  • ·All awards are announced 10 min after following the final participants performance!
  • ·All tapes and sheets from individuals will be placed into your guards score packet .
COSTS are $10.00 for each solo and 18.00 for each duet.  (this is an increase over last season for duets)
If you have more than 2 people interested in performing in one event (group of 3 or more), please contact us for entry fees.
