ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:
*The Mount Markham Colourguards staff, students, school employees and volunteer staff does not, will not and could never support individuals whom are socially, ethically and morally suspect or in any direct or indirect violation of our Mount Markham Central School Code of Conduct, our own Mustangs Colourguards Members Handbook or New York State law as any or all applies to the negligent, inappropriate or ill treatment of or harmful interaction with minors or students of any New York State educational program, whether it be academic in origin or co curricular as most pageantry units are. There will be ZERO tolerance of any offender of such.
Inappropriate actions or behaviors , actions to cause harm whether it be physical, emotional or mental directed to anyone connected to the Mount Markham Mustangs Colourguards will not be tolerated and the offender must be prepared to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  The Mount Markham Mustangs Colourguards administration reserves the right to ask for or investigate character references on any adult  as defined by law or in this programs interest as: graduate of high school or biologically aged as an adult ,and may follow through with said suspects and inquiries at the units, or schools discretion and without notice. The Mount Markham Mustangs Colourguard programs  will have zero tolerance for individuals that display inappropriate behaviors for the school and educational settings. Our programs exist to foster healthy social, mental and physical wellness and to promote the basic life skills that team oriented and pseudo family activities and organizations can give to young people. Any question of the above policy may be addressed to the Mustangs Program Director. Again, there will be ZERO TOLERANCE. Adopted March 5th, 2002 (c) 2009-2011
Gone but not forgotten:
We often forget the hundreds of people that had been a part of a color guard over the years. Since the Mustangs had started in 1999: the following units are sadly no longer with us. We reflect on their members, parents and staffs and hope that one day all those units can return to this activity that we love so much. Little did we realize that one day, a short 12 years later we would be joining them.

At an age where educational staffing is cut near 20% or more and the costs of the basic educational needs are beyond scope, it is only appropriate that the Mustang Colourguards support the most important facet of anyone's life...An education rich in academia as best can be defined by the individual school(s) district (s).
Due to budgetary concerns that  are affecting so many  co curricular activities,
The Mt Markham Fillies, Colts, Ponies and Mustang Colourguards are now inactive until further notice.
To our fans and friends thank you for 12 years of great memories.

Sometimes we dont miss something, until its gone...without my brothers and sisters....
