"2c2k", our 3rd male performer joins, a trip to the WGI Power regional in NJ, a realization that without everyone all moving the same direction, the team will not be a team. Our first class of 4 Ponies entered the guard. THE FILLIES ARE FORMED!Our first 6th graders in the Mustangs! Our 1st Colt! all become Mustangs...an amazing season of life lessons and personal accomplishments for many members! Not all veterans understood that you don't need to "love guard" but you do need to not let your sisters and brother down, and your word is the valuable posession you will ever have somehow some members personal choices and selfish desires become the priority, but sadly, that's a life lesson for actually all of us, even those who don't need that lesson...the consequences are far more to us all then some or one may realize or ever even admit...until, it's late and far over. CARPE DIEM. CARPE NOCTEM.
When 2007 begins...the guard is finally in a position to never wonder about the future...to focus on the goals...to take the stage with conviction,clarity and quality.
The program makes some management and organizational changes that will positively move all 4 units into better positions to succeed in numbers, quality of education and strength. WHAT "WAS"...will definately by WHAT WILL BE for 2007.
